Sales Representative
Premier Building Systems is looking for a team member to step into a Regional Sales Manager role in an established territory. The position is located in our Belgrade, MT, office and involves selling the company’s highly successful brands of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) rigid insulation and building products.
We are looking for a candidate who lives in the Bozeman area. The position will require a moderate amount of travel, primarily in Montana and neighboring states.
This is a business-to-business sales opportunity that relies on the candidate’s ability to maintain excellent relationships and interact successfully with commercial, professional, and industrial partners and customers.
Established sales contacts will be provided along with significant support, including:
- A state-of the-art, fully featured Customer Relationship Management system
- Dedicated marketing support
- Coaching and mentoring from sales managers and sales reps with decades of EPS sales experience
Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have:
- A proven record in consultative sales
- Excellent relationship-management skills
- General knowledge of the construction industry and practices
- Proven ability to maintain long-term relationships with distributors, general contractors, industrial, OEM and other B2B partners and customers
- Connections and relationships in the architectural and builder communities
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and CRM software
